Gods creation we say, and God loves his creation so much so that he never stopped creating. He God puts his spirit in all his creation. To create is also the work of the painter. God gave the gift of the spirit to man. Children possess the spirit and they instinctively draw and paint. And their drawings and paintings are of the spirit and that seems to delight all. When I was a young boy, I lived in Greece and works of art were everywhere. Icons painted by the monks were paintings of the spirit, showing spiritual images. The natives there (Greeks) have these spiritual images in their homes. The much older creations whether they are paintings or carved stone are in museums. And people from all over the world come to look and be touched by these creations called art.
